Neurology fellowship
positions
The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) department of Neurology has one-year
fellowships commencing in February each year.
There are three
clinical fellowships established with generous philanthropic funding:
- The Uncle Bob's Fellowship in General
Neurology
- The Rats of Tobruk Epilepsy Fellowship
- The Royal Children’s Hospital
Neuromuscular Fellowship

We are excited to welcome applicants
with an interest in paediatric neurology to apply for the above two clinical neurology fellowship
positions. The successful applicants will join a busy paediatric neurology
department at the RCH. The fellowships provide excellent clinical exposure, experience and
training in the major aspects of paediatric neurology: acute care, outpatient
care, neuromuscular disorders, and
care for children with epilepsy. The positions are suitable for a paediatric
neurology trainee at any stage of their training, or a general or developmental
paediatrician interested in expanding their clinical expertise.

Please note that the successful
applicant must undergo a police check and a valid working with children’s
check. In addition, all International Medical Graduate (IMG) applicants will
need to refer to the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
website to ensure that they have passed the necessary English language test https://www.ahpra.gov.au/Registration/Registration-Standards/English-language-skills.aspx
